Bunless Burger

I'm sure I'm not the first person to do this, but I did think of it myself, so... original? Anyway, this recipe has 250 calories per serving and serves 3.

The calories will actually be dependent on how you prepare and flavor your burgers and how you decorate them later. This isn't much of a recipe; it's basically a hamburger wrap.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground buffalo
6 slices turkey bacon
1 head of lettuce
3 pickle slices
3 slices fat free cheese

Directions:
Cook your buffalo burger as normal. When cooked through, add cheese and melt on top. Set burger on top of a piece of lettuce and stack other ingredients on top of the burger. Wrap up the burger in the lettuce and add another leaf to seal and cover the burger (and prevent dripping).
