Progress

I have lost 23 lbs so far, and seem to be averaging 2-3 lbs a week now. I am running a bit faster now, although I'm still incredibly slow. My boyfriend is aiming for an 8 minute mile; meanwhile I'm looking forward to the day when I can finally run one in 11 minutes! This Saturday was my best time so far: 11:46. On the rock climbing front, I still have not climbed a 5.8, but I've gotten half way up, which is something.

My hope is that I can continue all of this progress even after I have quit Smart For Life, which officially ends tomorrow. I'm going to be replacing the Smart for Life cookies with my own cookies and possibly with the occasional apple or high fiber breakfast bar. We'll see.
