Progress


This is the only recent picture I have - all others are from several pounds ago. I've lost 26 lbs so far; I have 70 (or so) to go. I have improved in other areas as well - this weekend I ran a mile in 10 min and 53 seconds, which is the best I've ever done, and far better than the 13 minute mile I was running 2 years ago. Yea!
