The Daily Plate

I would recommend the website The Daily Plate for those of you who are trying to track your calories, exercise, and weight loss. It's a pretty amazing site. It allows you to easily find nutrition information for just about everything, including meals that you find in restaurants.

The site includes a Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, and Nutrition Facts, among other things. It will even calculate the number of calories you should consume a day if you want to lose weight based on your height, weight, and age. Awesome stuff!
